I also use the same brand shown in Kaomoo's posting. It is available in most of the Guardian pharmacies and Watson.
I stick it in line of lense mount, outside retractable shield. The adhesive is not very fussy and stick gently. So far never damaged paintwork. Retains the heat more than 8 hrs.
So far never tried on Telrad as the glasses can be wiped quite easily and there are no coatings to worry about.

Re: What do you guys use for dew control?
If you are observing for about 2h in Singapore.. usually it is not necessary to have a heater/ heat pack. It is necessary to have a dew shield for the refractor or Cass though and it has the extra benefit of preventing stray light from street lamps from entering the objective lens. For the telrad fogging up, there is such thing as a dew shield for telrad that is sold in USA.. not sure if can ship to Singapore though. With that dew shield, it sure prevents dew from forming.

Re: What do you guys use for dew control?
at my (only) trip to Punggai, even with the extended Celestron dew shield I got eye-popping condensation on the corrector of my SCT. Twice (used a hair dryer in between).
i am going to order the dew heater from Peter at Available Astro Gears in Hong Kong (the one for 9" is only about $50 SGD). He also has them for things as small as a 4" refractor.

there are small packs and large packs. Works a wonder and last whole night. A must for imaging in the open.
They are also available at daiso, a different version at $2 each.
Avoid using those heatpacks that is for muscle relief as it might contain extra chemicals or ailments. Best to read before u paste or strap it on. I use rubber bands for tailor that is 1 inch in width to hold the pads. Usually use 2 big ones for my refractor, 1 small for my guide scope and 1 small for my finder.
Are they the same as medicated plaster used for aching muscles. Brands that comes to mind are SALONPAS, TIGER BALM, TOKUHON etc

Yes my camera got athritis from lack of exercise

Care to share the brand and the one from daiso too.
In Malaysia only the reusable version is available. Once used they need recharging either using boiling water or a microwave.
Cheers

Re: What do you guys use for dew control?
yoyo here it is. Not available at any daiso.
So far I found them in Vivo and Chinatown Point only.
They are by far alot cheaper than the ones in winter time.
After a night of imaging session, the next day afternoon they are still warm to the touch! lol

The Daiso heat packs are cheaper but not as warm and does not stay warm longer than those from Winter Time.
For longer observations, especially after spending time and money to go Johor, I prefer to spend a bit more for the Winter Time heat packs. Else one may end up being a frustrated stargazer under clear skies when the corrector dews up and spend the rest of the night cursing at the inferior attached heat packs not doing their job.
