When storing the scope in a drybox, make sure to leave the dust covers off so that the scope has a chance to air thoroughly. Also check that the humidity in the dry box is maintened at about 50%. Monitor the fungus and check if it continues to grow. If it does not, than I suggest you leave it alone as trying to clean the optics will often do more harm than good. You would need lots of fungus/dust/scratches to collect on the optical surfaces before the image is affected in a perceivable way.
