You know what, when i got moon into my FOV, i almost went blind! It's so big and clear!!!!
And me standing in the common area of condo in the middle of the night caught attention of my neighbor and and they too were overwhelmed by the view...
think the husband wants to get one too now

actually, all the excitement aside, think i might need to collimate? right side of the moon isn't as clear as the left......

Sounds more like a non flat image plane. Check how tight your diagonal is, if it wiggled. OR the flattener may be misaligned.

I wasn't on diagonal when i short this. I was on T adapter...
by the way, you are right, the visual back can be easily screw off and takes 2" one. Just need to find a 2" visual back.
