Flickr has or is undergoing some revamp recently. Not sure which Flickr version you are using but you need to look for something that says 'Grab the HTML/BBCode'. In my flickr, it's a share icon that looks like a forward icon ie arrow with a box. There are three options in this Share icon, of which BBcode is the last. You choose BBCode and the size of the picture you want, than copy and paste the BBCode into your singastro post. I hope this helps.
