The title "After the rain..." seems to be getting irrelevant! :)

Maybe you can pack the Sphinx like this:

Does the case come with foam? Or is it just a suitcase? :)

Hi,
Does the case come with foam? Or is it just a suitcase?
It's actually a tools box, so it doesn't come with any foam. But it does come with divider which you can use to seperate the mount head, counter-weight and controller.

Anyway, it's fit perfectly for GP and Sphinx mount, but I'll not recommend it if you need to put a lots of counter-weight inside... the handle doesn't feel strong enough to carry the weight. That's why I change to a pelican case 1550 because GPD is quite heavy and I need a lots of counter-weight. :( :(

Have a nice day.

The 1550 case is barely enough to carry my EQ6 head. Need to take out the side paddings first.
(the big ugly gray weight is Takahashi weight, the small one is vixen's)
