Alright, this is for sharing of your observation experience. Or, if you are arranging gatherings, star-gazing expeditions or just want some company to go observing together, you can shout it out here.
The Moon and Jupiter was observed by passing tourists from Japan, Indonesia, Australia, UK, Malaysia, and also locals Singaporeans. Most of them were looking through a telescope for the first time, and it was a positive, awe-inspiring experience for them.
There was "a passing shower" from a NParks watering the roadside plants, so I had to quickly shift the APM binocular away to the centre of the pedestrian walkway. A big note of thanks to Mr Chia (superiorstream) who drop by to help for this sidewalk astronomy event. He managed to chat away about astronomy to a member of the public (that guy in pink shirt) for more than 1.5 hours!
