dun think so. this was the 2nd meteor i shot. still looking for the 1st one but think meteor was outside d composition. if roughly traced back, seem to come from Libra direction.Gary wrote:Nice shot! Camelopardalid?

sorry to off topic...APOD has a composite of some of the meteors...but quite sparse ..the prediction was too overhyped, leading some to nickname it as the "ISON of meteors"
I miss the place where stars shine bright, to gaze upwards in awe of the sight

10sec exposure with 2sec shutter delay, cos was using a 35mm lens. i use d "400 rule" cos i was shooting zenith. i use d "500 rule" if shoot at abt 45°Sivakis wrote:Very nice capture. 30-sec exposure?

pity i dun leave southeast side. when i saw d clouds coming in from southeast, i packed up and walked back to bedok camp 2 when the clouds were overhead. but i guessed the heaven wanted me to be marathoner for a short while, it started to pour when the guardhouse was in sight. almost run-die me!Sivakis wrote:Mindboggling clear!
