Ai
really depressing seeing condition.
All dressed up and nothing to see.
Not really happy with this T-adapter. A fair bit of give and a little too thick. Thinking of getting a direct one
added a Telrad on Orion shoes.
and mounted a laser pointer on Orion shoes

Wow. Amazing "dress"! It looked so good it is almost illegal! You sure you don't need a license for such a setup? LOL

what i did was I unify all my finderscope/finder devices' shoes. So all my devices are interchangeable.
So my finders can go on either my Celestron 800 EdgeHD or my Orion ShortTube 80. While I bought the ST80 mainly as for guidescope, it's quite a competent grab and go.
from my research, Orion shoes seemed the most flexible option.
both the Telrad and Laser pointer mount came from
www.scopestuff.com.

When I eventually upgrade my finder, it will still be compatible!

by the way, as quick finder goes, I really find the Telrad clumsy look... (sorry, being a himbo here)
Gary, what do you use?
