Just enquiring..Is the AT6RC possible for visual use? is there enough focusing distance for 25+mm eyepiece down to 4mm eyepiece? thanks..

Yes RC's can be used for visual. You'd need lots of extension tubes. But RC's are not ideal for visual as the secondary is quite large, which lowers contrast significantly - not a problem for AP, but you'd notice it for visual, particularly on planets.

I don't think you need to replace the focuser as it already have dual speed focuser , it also comes with ex tube. i used it for visual too.

i have a very similar linear-bearing two-speed focuser on my GSO newtonian and i can see it sagging in my images. i am going to try reinforcing the tube with steel before going out and buying a Feathertouch - which costs more than the darn scope. had the same problem with my old Orion 100ED refractor with WO 2-speed focuser. The focuser would sag and tilt the image plane. Just a tiny bit, but enough to produce un-round stars in the corners.

If you use it for visual and imaging planets, you don't have to change the focuser and also don't require the Reducer. I never had problem with focuser for astrophotography.

Yes, i had done 11min exposure with no problem. i never done 20min cause polar alignment limitation.

I didn't save that cause i was doing polar alignment at that time to test the alignment. the focuser got lock key so won't have problem with such camera weight. you can tighten the focuser with back scrue.
