Welcome to the forum and hobby! The C8 will keep you entertained for many many years!
You may want to consider getting a good AZ mount (e.g. Vixen PORTA Mount II) in the future for nights that suddenly cleared up and you are not motivated enough to deploy and align the 8SE computerised mount for just a quick look.

Hi Leo78, I am glad that the 8SE has fullfilled your near 20yr dream. I can understand the thrill and satisfaction as the 8SE had also fullfilled my >20yr dreams a few months ago!
Btw, if you wish to look for an eletronic dry cabinet for the OTA, you could check out my thread under the equipment section.
