WTB: 90mm (or thereabouts) refractor telescope (FOUND)

I'm a beginner looking to get a first telescope to pick up astronomy, but the scopes in singapore are a bit pricey. Looking to pick up a not-too-pricey scope to feel my way around the skies before deciding if I really want something bigger.
Wouldnt mind a new or used scope, or if someone could point me to a website selling scopes cheaper than Singapore. Do PM me if you're looking to sell!
