M42 & Eta Carina Nebula

Post by Delpheo »

M42 that was taken some time back in December last year. I cannot rmb the exact data, but it was on a Vixen Polarie and I think it was 2000+ shots of 8 sec exposures if I'm not wrong (the stacking took 3 days). It seems like a considerable improvement over my previous attempt of M42 last year.

The Eta Carina Nebula was taken at in mid-April, on an unusually hot night. 91 x 25s exposures on a Vixen Polarie @ 480mm. (I apologise for the super-grainy photo; it was done using a DSLR)
