Hi Sweesin

Weird? No doubt about it. My friends thought that i have new subwoofer. Admittedly I borrowed many parts and ideas from speaker design.

Unfortunately my DSLR was sent for service, so i will have to wait till New Year for test images.

Thanks

Merry Christmas!

I was wondering how you were going to mount it,
and at 23kg.. it's going to take some mount..

When in doubt, use the good old dob-type mount, especially when the OTA is boxy.

Hi Chris, Good question. The straight answer is "i dont know!"
I might mount it on EM200 which has a rated load of 16kg while i hope it would still track at 50% overloading.
If that fails, a table-top dob mount will be in making, KayHeem is right on this.

And Anat, you must be kidding on this major undertaking of mount making.

Cheers

Hi Mooey
This thing will provide me with much needed exercise.

BTW, Anyone know of any aftermarket 4" focuser?
Hopefully not more $800.

Thanks
