Can someone tell me where can I get cheap & good moon filter? And which eyepiece (barlow 2x or 3x or 6mm) is best to use with FS114 scope? What is the diff between the above eyepiece?
And anybody selling?

Thanks.

Yes, 20mm (45x) and 10mm (90x).
2 x Barlow = just 2x ?

BTW, what is diagonal and what is it use for? Is it another kind of eyepiece? Thanks.

Hi,
Yes, 20mm (45x) and 10mm (90x).
Then just get a 2x barlow will do... it will give your scope maximum practical magnification 180x. If you really want another eyepiece, I got a Celestron 15mm on sale which will give you 60x and 120x when use with 2x barlow.
BTW, what is diagonal and what is it use for? Is it another kind of eyepiece? Thanks.
A newtonian don't need to use a diagonal. It is normally use by a Refractor/SCT/MCT for easy viewing when the scope is pointing at a high angle.

Have a nice day.

Can I say that Barlow is actually an adaptor to an eyepiece? Then isn't a 3x barlow better than 2x?

Thanks I don't need somethnig inbetween, maybe I should look for a barlow first.

Thanks.

Check this website for more information on what a barlow do: http://www.belmontnc.4dw.net/optics.htm#Barlows

That depend on what magnification you require. For example, if you use your 10mm eyepiece with a 3x barlow, you'll get 270x which IMHO is too high magnification for your scope in Singapore sky.

Have a nice day.
