Poll on creating an IRC channel

As above, give your opinions on whether or not do you want want an irc channel. Just to say that it will not be on the galaxynet server, so don't ask why. Even after the IRC channel is formed, but the response's not good during the 1 month trial, the channel will be removed.

Won't be implementing it unless there's a huge majority difference between each option.
