Checked that going the Vpost route will cost be about ~603
USD $295 + SGD146 Shipping Cost. Astrobargains selling for $864
So my budget for 2nd hand would be anything below $500

have to consider shipping insurance and gst. those can add up real fast.

I have a 2114AT OTA to offer to you. It's not mint. It has some scratches on the OTA and the primary mirror has to be cleaned. I would like to offer you $200 without shipping to you. I will try my best to polish the OTA for you at no additional cost if you are interested. I am doing this as I want to raise funds for my school's astronomy club fundation of astronomical equipments.
