show a picture at least. How to quote when people can't even see the item?

also, what is the spec for the pier? at least a height or something

Hi Weixing, thanks for the courteous advice.

I dun really know the prices of piers so did not put a price. Hope those interested will give me a reasonable quotation.

The pier should be approximately 1.3-1.5M tall when setup.

There are a few types of piers and their cost is different.
What you are doing is merely saying you want to sell a car. Its got 2 headlights and its 2.3 m long. I don't think people can offer you on that description alone. If you cannot specify the make and model, condition and age, then the next best thing is to upload some pictures so those who know can tell what it is.
