Here is the place to talk about all those equipment(Telescope, Mounts, Eyepieces, etc...) you have. Not sure which scope/eyepiece is best for you? Trash it out here!

most laser led that are sold in the market come in a sealed modules. looks similar to common red/green LED where it is manufactured and cast in 1 piece

There's basically nothing you can do about it, i suspect that the led module had cracked.

The green laser is actually a complicated laser pointer as there is no laser diode that produces green colour. It has a diode laser which is used to pump the crystal inside (if I am not wrong Nd:YAG) and from this crystal and cavity it generates 1064nm laser before frequency doubling to green colour. It loses focus probably because something was misaligned (lens or components inside) or the laser diode pump may have burned out.

I don't think there is anyway to align back the lenses as it is sealed and there are no screws to align the lens. It is essential that the lens used to collimate the laser beam is good and well aligned else the laser cannot 'go far'. Did you drop it?

All laser LED has a life span, so yours likely has come to the end of life or may be the laser LED is of a lower grade or so called quality reject.

My green laser pointer so far is still working fine and gives a well aligned and powerful laser spot. :) But it cost much and I bought it from a reliable source.
