Which company is being liquidated?

Just received an email from Astronomy.com on the online auction of "multi-million dollar inventory" of astro equipment. It sounds like a liquidation sale?

I checked which company is established since 1947 and so far found OPT. Not sure if there are other companies also founded in 1947?
