1) Vixen GP2 mount head (mint condition)
2) Vixen counterweight shaft (mint condition)
3) Vixen RA&DEC Slo-mo controls (mint condition)
4) Vixen counterweight (average condition)

$600 only.

The Meade tripod shown in the pic is not included, however, I can provide a stable wooden surveyor tripod for additional $150.

I've got this mount slightly more than a month ago as part of a trade. It's in excellent condition, however, I already have an EQ6 that begs for my attention.

thanks,
Arief

The mount is a perfect match to the Vixen ED80sf I'm selling here: http://www.singastro.org/viewtopic.php?t=4536 , or to any scope up to 7" Mak or 8" SCT.

What motors are suitable for this mount?

One Vixen MT-1 motor/SD-1 controller for single-axis, or two MT-1 motors/DD-1 controller for dual-axis. Or you can use the slo-mo cables (included) for manual tracking.

Can the motors and controllers do tracking of the Sun?

Yes. I'm not much of a solar tracker, but solar also move in sidereal rate, same as other objects.

More info on the motors and controller (you can get it from mcgill, starmatrix, or others): http://www.company7.com/vixen/mounts/drives.html
