here I am finding a cheap and reasonable price for a telescope/binoculars...actually my budget is about $100....anyways, will that be enough to buy a telescope? no doubt about it. but maybe a binoculars might be a good start...

advices are welcome as well....

I think it's best you save the money. A decent binocular suitable for Astronomical will usually cost more than that unless someone start another crazy sale...

You can always join others in their observation session and look through their scope.
