Hey guys, where can I get a cheap/budget drybox with silicagel?
It's for my binoculars and I need to get it asap. Any ideas?
I live around Hougang so anywhere near would be even better!
Please help me out, and thanks in advance!

WTB: Want to buy, as well as WHERE to buy.
Oh yeah, budget's under $30. The cheaper the better.

See if this
Digicabi iCase is good enough for you. I heard it is selling for <S$30/- in most shop, including Carrefour. Or you can look out at
Clubsnap where some sell <$20/-, use advance search to look the item.

Cool, I think this would be good enough. Where can I get this at? Which shop can I easily find this? Carrefour seems kinda big, would the one at Plaza Singapura have this? And which section can I find it in? Thanks a lot, Clifford! (:

Hey Clifford, thanks a lot. I got my iCase today at MS Color AMK (Hub Outlet). A slight note for anyone else getting it, the drybox does not come with the "Strap with Shoulder Pad" and "Padded Divider" that is illustrated on the box when you purchase. Well, the box did state "(optional)" on those two items, and I can confirm that it doesn't come along with the drybox when your purchase (well, at least at AMK Hub's MS Color where I bought mine). The price is S$23 dollars. (:

hi Zephyrus.... does the iCase come with a plastic "container" where we can put the sillica gel and place it neatly in the box?

The silica gel itself is in a plastic container. It's attached to the lid with 2 plastic clips which you can turn downwards to unlock.
I've attached a photo below that I've just taken for you to take a look at.
There's also an "Operation Manual" that guides you on how to use the silica gel.
Operation Manual
-When silica gel turns pink in colour inside the pack, remove the silica pack.
-To release the silica pack, turn the two clips downwards.
-Put the silica pack into microwave oven.
-Heat the pack for one minute in low/medium temperature until gel turns back to blue.
-Make sure the silica pack is back to room temperature before fixing it back into the dry box.
Also, there's a plastic seal on the silica gel pack when you buy. You'll have to tear it away before use.
The silica gel pack is microwave safe and non-toxic for use in microwave.
