Actually i think it's possible to make your own.
Just use a small Al rod, mill it down to correct length. Turn it to 1.25" OD. You might want to include a flange so your adaptor wouldn't fall into your telescope focuser. Then turn a 0.965" hole in the center. Then mill a small slot at the side for your locking screw.

All you need to do is to slot your new home-made adaptor into your focuser, put in your 0.965" eyepiece, and use your regular locking screw to hold both the eyepiece and adaptor in place.
