12" ID parallax tube ring for $250

The pair of tube rings with 12 inch ID were bought from Parallax Instruments last year for my newtonian telescope project. However at last I opt to a truss tube dobsonian so this pair of rings became redundant.
They are still in mint condition with original box, the list price from Parallax is USD 215, and I am sell it now at SGD 250.
