create a shout box?

Hmm, i wonder if a "shout box" can place on the index page of the webby so that follower singastromers can chat when they log in =) Won't feel lonely when viewing the webby =P
Before this website was on planning phase, me and weicong did ask ourself whether we want to put a shoutbox on the index page. But after some thought and queries, we decided not to as our purpose is to let people gather here to post their information/queries here. And the number of people on at the same time is less than 3 which mean adding a shoutbox will only waste the bandwidth given to this website. Additional bandwidth will hurt me and weicong's pocket a lot.
