Hi,
Look like fungus... Change to other lens and shoot again using similar setting (or smaller f-stop) at the blue sky. If the "thing" didn't appear, it's your lens or filter... if it's does, it's your camera sensor.

Try shooting without the lens at all. If the specks are still present, then the dirt is on your CCD.
In which case get a puffer, CAREFULLY lock up the mirror (or shoot a long exposure) and blow air at the CCD witht he camera held pointing downward.

i tried without lens. just pure white with no worms. i'm using 450D

i don't think that's fungus. i think it's dirt on the sensor.
try to stop down the lens to f/22, then take a picture of a plain white sheet. if it's sensor dirt it will become much more obvious.

confirmed from Canon is fungus growth in CMOS chip.

ya la. when i got it, i ask the owner how it was kept. she told me in the bag since bought.... so today took alot of shots just to be sure
the guy in canon told me if taking dark backgrounds won't be obvious

that fungus might be removable with a simple sensor swab.
