I think David has "chopped" Arief's C8 but then again, you can always consider Vincent Snr's Meade 8" SCT. They should be of comparable performance...Else try Astromart, its replete with C8s...

i was the one who chopped arief's c8 first but cos david wanted the complete setup so i lost the deal

oohh...looks like David is going up market...which means there may be another Skywatcher 127 available for members here:-)
anyway, do check with Vincent's SCT. He usually do some super charging on his equipment, so you can be sure of getting a good set...

Hi,
I have upgraded to 8".It look ok except some cleaning to do.
I keep Skywatcher MCT127 for overseas trips especially in most outback towns in region.Now I need to buy Manfrotto tripod for travelling purpose.
