It appears that their call for photographic images of the occultation by one of Pluto's moon, Hydra, on 27 June was made sometime after 23 June. That's probably not enough lead time to reach a wide enough audience for the purpose, i.e. it comes a bit late given the strict criteria.

Maybe there would be another such event soon.
