Still spring cleaning :

1)Borg 60ED Objective only (Part #2260) for sale: S$220/-. SOLD This is listed for US$479 at Hutech. There are some user scuffmarks on the external part of the dewshield and objective holder but has never been dropped. However it was in storage outside of the dry cabinet and had some fungus on the lens, which I have since cleaned out. I have tested collimation with a refracting collimating eyepiece and star test – and to my best ability, observe that it is still collimated and no scratches. Enterprising members can DIY a tube holder or get Borg tubes to make a telescope that has a focal length of 350mm with F5.8 ED lens. Objective weighs only 450grams. No box, just the front cap, no rear caps. Have no use for this since i got my Tak FS60C. No obligation viewing is ok.

2) Philips Toucam webcam with 1.25 inch adapter and Baader UV/IR Cut filter (#2459207): S$70/-.SOLD This was bought 3 years ago from another Singastro member for S$170/-. Have not used this much – but in the past have used it for taking pictures of the moon – you just need to download IRIS capture software and Registax for stacking. Driver for the toucam can also be downloaded from Philips website for webcams. Can provide one week return policy if it doesnt work out. No box, no caps.

3) Borg #7080 rings for tube diameter 80mm: S$100/-. SOLD Bought earlier this year - - doesnt work out for my Tak FS60 because it needs riser blocks to clear the underside of the scope :(. Some light user marks from testing.

4) Astro-tech 1.25 inch diagonal: S$40/- SOLD. Comes with caps and box.

5) 14-42 mm Olympus kit lens from EPL1 S$80/-: Bought new this year, used only a couple of times but has a slight ding on the plastic body. no box, comes with third party front cap and rear caps, and UV filter. This is older version kit lens ie not the Mk II.

6) Losmandy dovetail plate 20cm x 10 cm. S$60/-. Bought this off rlow but didnt use and cant remember how much i paid.

Image

7) ISE Ballhead : S$35/-. Sticker says Made in Japan. Stands about 8 cm tall.

Image

8) No name two inch diagonal. TAKEN. Free to whoever can find a use for it. Comes with with one cap, does not have 1.25 inch adapter.

FINAL UPDATE: Borg 60ED objective, Borg rings, AT diag, Toucam, 2 inch diag have found new homes... [smilie=bye.gif]. For the rest of the items, please pm me if there is still interest. Mods please close this thread. Thanks..

Footnote: Remus - i tried to dissuade fellow singastro member from getting into the confusing world of borg adapters and components but upon seeing the Borg, resistance was futile.

Chia - I would have gladly sold you the Borg 60ED since both of us have already been assimilated by the Borg.. [smilie=woa.gif]
