Navigating Singastro Wiki

Editing philosophy

There are many excellent websites on the net about astronomy, and SingastroWiki is not trying to repeat that information. Every SingastroWiki article should strive for a local perspective, and provide links to the other information.

Andy is entirely new to astronomy. He just returned from a trip overseas and he has never seen so many stars in his life. He would like to find out more about astronomy in Singapore.

Xiuxia is a student in a school astronomy club. She would like to learn more about astronomy and share it with the other members, but she is not sure what to do.

Jeremy is a long time astronomy enthusiasts, but he just found out about Singastro Forums. There is a lot of good information in the forums but it is hard to find them among all the threads.

SingastroWiki is trying to reach out to people like them. When deciding what to put into the wiki and how to present it, just keep Andy, Xiuxia and Jeremy in mind. Thank you and happy editing!
