Try ccleaner; it does allow you to specify the cookies to 'keep', while deleting the rest. It clears other junk as well.

Fixed this. Upgraded CCleaner from v2.06 to latest (v2.07xx..) - and that seems to work. I noticed from What's New for v2.07, they added Firefox 3.0 support.
