I'm getting my binoculars today, so I think I'll join you guys tomorrow (so that I can bring my new binos out for star-seeing, haha). From what time until what time, or overnight?

Hey letburn. Wow, that'd be cool. I won't be lonely then! But just to let you know something first. I'm a newbie astronomer, and I don't really know anything, and I'm not even sure if we can catch a good view of the eclipse on that night around my area cause I've heard it's better to be at the edge....

If it generates that much heat, it should be quite a problem. I don't see why a low-end computer would generate that much heat. Anyway, if you're looking to leave your PC on for a long time without busting your electricity bill, you might want to do it on a laptop. I've been using the laptop and lea...

They'll definitely make the area smoky and dirty. Good luck with your observation tonight! Be sure to share wi...

I think if it's possible, I'll stay back to observe the partial lunar eclipse. But if incase we can't stay there till morning, then I'll observe it at home. Hopefully it'll be visible in Hougang area. Anyone staying around Hougang/Seng Kang area can feel free to join me. I'll most likely be observi...

The silica gel itself is in a plastic container. It's attached to the lid with 2 plastic clips which you can turn downwards to unlock. I've attached a photo below that I've just taken for you to take a look at. There's also an "Operation Manual" that guides you on how to use the silica gel...

Hey Clifford, thanks a lot. I got my iCase today at MS Color AMK (Hub Outlet). A slight note for anyone else getting it, the drybox does not come with the "Strap with Shoulder Pad" and "Padded Divider" that is illustrated on the box when you purchase. Well, the box did state &quo...

Hi, I remember there is a partial eclipse coming soon, so I do a check and it's happen to be on the Astronomy 2008 itself... err... I mean after mid-night, so it's the day after Astronomy 2008 technically. Anyway, anyone staying back on that day to observe the partial lunar eclipse?? And can we sta...
