Once you have the SCT male thread at the back of the Mak, then you can use the SCT focal reducer. Of course, since the SCT focal reducer is not made for the Mak, there may be abberations introduced. Pray that all abberations are at the edge :) And hopefully there is quite a big field of illumination...
