Tried a remote iDK20" telescope to shoot NGC1566. Light frames suffer hard-to-remove images of unknown interferences. The imaging system asks for tuning.

Nevertheless, this remote service has a quite low charging rate.

Galaxies shot from Singapore.

The faint outer oval structure of M77 is barely noticeable in this 30min total exposure.

Cloudy and rainy weather has persisted for weeks. But this early morning predawn, a glimpse out of the south-facing window caught sight of a few bright familar stars -- Crux!

Quickly assembled my photography gear (non-tracking tripod) and captured a small number of exposures. The main objective was to test the optics of my 50mmF1.4 lens -- there are annoying aberration patterns in the star images from the lens wide open.

18x4s subexposures captured a lot of high clouds. But still, the integrated image gives some hope for clear-sky days sooner or later.

Nice capture! You managed to catch a little of the Jewel Box too. :)
