Light Pollution!

Post by geyes30 »

Hi all,

I am interested in bringing the issue of light pollution to the authorities. I wonder if anyone has done this before? I am also writing for an undergrad international journal and will consider writing something based on the response I get from the authorities. In order for this to be productive, I would be grateful if I can be pointed to some really good resources regarding light pollution. Thanks!

Rgds,
Cyrus

Hi,
At least now there are more "dark sky friendly" lighting that is available in Singapore: http://www.lighting.philips.com.sg/sg/e ... cid=190890

Hope that we'll soon see this type of lighting soon.

Have a nice day.
