Some members have been reporting login problems. However, most do not. I have used firefox and IE on a variety of computers at different locations without any problems. To help us solve this vexing issue, can those with log-in problems provide us the following information in this thread (if u can't log-in, email me at acchien at singnet com sg):
Web browser e.g. IE
Service provider e.g. Singnet
Whether proxy server is set e.g. auto / proxy.singnet.com.sg / don't know
Whether auto log-in i.e. is the "remember me" and/or "auto log-on" check box checked?
cheers

Firefox
Singnet
no proxy
usually i use the remember me function, it auto logs on every time i come to singastro. However in the past 3 days i keep having to logon manually. 2 of the days where the login button doesn't help, meaning after i log in, i still get the login screen.

Cannot login (even after clearing all cookies from Firefox)
Web browser : Firefix 3 Beta 5 and RC1
Service provider : Starhub MaxOnline
Whether proxy server is set : no proxy
Whether auto log-in : yes
However, Internet Explorer and an older Firefox (2.x) works.

Fixed this. Upgraded CCleaner from v2.06 to latest (v2.07xx..) - and that seems to work. I noticed from What's New for v2.07, they added Firefox 3.0 support. So the previous CCleaner and Firefox 3.0 combination must have left something behind with regards to the cookie.

A little off-topic. Everytime I try to delete my older images (my quota reached 100%), it gives this error message:
" SECURITY ALERT » » » »
CBACK CrackerTracker has detected a potential attack on this site with a worm or exploit script so the Security System stopped the script.
If you can see this page after including a new MOD into your board or after clicking on a link please contact the Board Administrator with this error message and a description what you have done before you could see this page, that the Admin has the possibility to fix the problem. "
What gives?

Thanks for the update. It seems that deleting all old Singastro cookies is the best bet for those having log-in issues.atlantis2267 wrote:Fixed this.
