Wanted to do this for sometime. Last night's brotherly love we shared at Toa Payoh was the final push.
This is location map is complied from the public profile of relatively active singastro forum members. The list is sorted in alphabetical order of forum nicknames.
The main purpose is to let members find others staying nearby to stargaze together near their area, e.g. sidewalk sessions.
This is similar to the Clear Skies Network implemented by veteran members in the past. But for this case, there is no need to assign any in-charge and thereby potentially overburdening them to contact the rest of the group members. Anyone is free to contact anyone in this forum privately or publicly for observation sessions.
It also gives newcomers (especially the shy ones) added encouragement to stay in the hobby as they may find someone staying near them for advise and observation sessions in person or share car rides to and fro astro-related events. And also to get the warm fuzzy feeling that you are not alone in this hobby in your area.
If you would like to add yours to this map, feel free to update your location in your public profile and PM inform me. If you do not wish to provide the town name, even a general location (north, south, east, west, central) is a good start. Thanks!

It is how many people, less fortunate than you, got to look through it."
