Chang'er finish bathing and threw away all the bath water. Can see her very clearly for the past hour from Toa Payoh!

@cloud_cover - I didn't say she was not fully clothed when she threw the bath water away. Students and young kids will see more flesh revealed while walking along Orchard Road on any day.
