Teleskop Service TS 10" F/5 Dobsonian (TSD254)

Here is the place to talk about all those equipment(Telescope, Mounts, Eyepieces, etc...) you have. Not sure which scope/eyepiece is best for you? Trash it out here!

Totally agree. Last night at Bishan Park, there's a refractor, an SCT, a Dob, two manual AZ mount and a GOTO AZ mount. Great opportunity for the public to take a look and ask us questions regarding each design's strength and weaknesses. :)

Ok. Back to topic. How many trash bags does it take to shroud this TS10? :P

Thanks.

EP level is abt 1.3m, so not really suitable for standing up.

Anyway, when I was contemplating this purchase, I found this photo on the web:

And thought that I disassembled into that. Can't figure out how to do it yet, maybe not at all.

But still overall, very easy to transport.

Very nice. The quality of the wood looks great.

I would suggest validate the position of the center spot. Sometimes, factory put a donut ring there but it is off center.
