anyone heard of the june lyrids?
i found it the july issue of S&T...

i think this was the meteors that the SP astro freshmen saw during the camp...

H m m . . Maybe? It may also be any meteor that happen to fall into the atmosphere. However we have an upcoming shower called bootids? Its from 22-26th june and maybe peaking this time again. For more info visit this link.

Hmm... in the south thereis actually ophiuchids from June 17-26. Max at June 20. Coordinates, R.A. 17h20m DEC -20 . ZHR unknown. :wink: 8) :lol:

with the kind of skies we are getting...even if there is a supernova in our galaxy we will not see it.....
