If you can wait for about three more weeks, I might be selling my 10" f/5.6 Discovery mirror from my ATM truss dob. URL is here: http://www.discovery-telescopes.com/optics.html

The mirror is currently sells for US$499 + shipping to singapore (maybe another US$100) + very long waiting time. I'll sell it to you for much less than that.

I'm sure Perseid can make a nice 10" truss dob structure for you. Check with them on pricing.

I'm getting a premium mirror from Royce or Spooner.

If I am not wrong, Perseid is selling a 10" kit for S$890.

Details:
10" F5 primary, 50mm secondary, 2" aluminium focuser and 8x50 finder.

Based on their brochure, Perseid's 8" is S$899, 10" is S$1199 (without mirrors is about S$400). Better check with Choon Kiat directly (his id is Perseid).
