WTS: Celestron Ultima 2000 8" SCT, Ultima 5mm (closed)

Post by rlow »

Hi, I am also helping a non-singastro friend to clear his stuff. Anyone interested in getting any of the following items, please sms or pm me with your offer price. Thanks.

1. Celestron Ultima 2000 8" Schmidt Cassegrain Telescope (complete package) with dual fork mount/GOTO, Starbright coating, Fastar enabled, Celestron 7x50 polar reticled finderscope (illuminator enabled), Celestron 50mm finder bracket, Ultima 2000 counterweights/bar system, 2" tubular steel leg tripod, Celestron 26mm 1.25” plossl eyepiece, 1.25" visual back, cover, with original scope box. Note: This is one of the few top-of-the-line 8” computerised SCTs which allows it to be computer-aligned, then manually move the scope and yet the computer still retains the coordinates – excellent condition, clean optics, used less than a dozen times in the last 5 years.

2. [SOLD] [s]Thousand Oaks type 2+ 8" full aperture solar filter (id 100mm), small cut-out on aluminium rim to fit the Celestron Ultima 2000 (also good fit for other 8" SCTs), with box - excellent condition;[/s]

3. Celestron Ultima 5mm 1.25" eyepiece, with eyecup & box - excellent condition;

4. Sky Atlas 2000 field edition, loose sheets in box - excellent condition;

5. Pro-optic 1.25" 45 deg erect diagonal with 2 caps, all metal construction, with box - excellent condition;

6. 50mm finder bracket with quick release, 6 nylon screws, internal clear diameter 61mm, curved base fits C8 - very good condition;

7. SCT 1.25" visual back – excellent condition.
