Shoelevy told me he had paid Albert $350 for the mirror shift problem, i spoke to albert, he says that the problem was greasing the thumbscrew and straightening it...( not serious ) . It also included general servicing.
I understood that general servicing is $250.

i hope my next scope will not have the mirror flop problem...( unlikely)

I thought the fixed primary with automatic focuser on the secondary mirror is only for the Mewlon 250 and above?

what i meant is the shift on a mew should be much lesser than a typical sct, should not be a problem at all :-)

Mew 250 is fix primary mirror, but you need a 9 volt battery to work on the focus of the secondary mirror,

while mew 210 is a manual mechanical focusing like a any other SCT, but Markus told be the tak mechanism is more reliable.
