Hi folks
I have been busy working on this DIY project and it is finally completed!
Here are some details:
Primary Mirror : 15" f/4.5 Zambuto mirror
Secondary Mirror : 2.6" Protostar quartz flat
Spider : Protostar 3-straight vane
Focuser : Feathertouch
Mirror Cell : AstroSky
Structure : an 8-truss classic dobsonian
Final assembly and finetuning will be done this evening. If anyone is interested, I can post some photos after that.
FYI, I may bring it out for a public observation this Friday, if the weather is fine.

Thanks guys!
Yes it took a while, after much trial and error, sweat and blood, and some redesign...
Frankly it's not that well done lah... Currently I am still doing some work on it. I may post a photo only later tonight after I complete the final assembly.
