No country in the world has a tel country code 813, Japan is 81, In term of area code, 813 is for the city of Tampa, Florida, USA. Guess this company is home in Florida, can't be Japan as they don't simply use English for their website.
However, a US company wouldn't use the word Pte Ltd. A search with Google give "Active Core Pte. Ltd. is located at Sime Darby Centre, 896 Dunearn Road, Tel 6875 0456," But this Sg company is doing Gym Equipment, Sportswear, Sportswear Store and Wholesale Sportswear business. Can always call this Sg company to confirm if they take on new business or they are totally unrelated.

very very dubious. As a "leading online retailer", their online store is not even properly done. Their information is also somewhat suspicious (call-center in Indonesia? But Indonesia is 62, not 813). This looks like a good fraud opportunity. Most likely after your credit card numbers.
Stargazing ... is an excuse to stay up past bedtime that never fails!
This domain was registered only on 1st of July 2011. LOL.
