Yup, it's damn bloody cold at night! Most nights below zero. Day reaches about 40+... and that's during WINTER. Went in July 2002. Absolutely brilliant. Fares to Australia have gone down, but getting to the Outback can be costly. Cheapest way (but the most dangerous) is to self-drive. Really dun rec...

Lunar Eclipse - 4th May

Hi, I'm new here. Just wondering if we will be in position to view the lunar eclipse on 4th May - should be early morning 5th May in Singapore. Read about it here but can't make head or tail of it.
