so what's the conclusion? is this group still on? when & where are the obs sessions held?

seems like ever since i wanted to look at the sky, it has been cloudy.....

i'm also considering buying a scope, maybe we can go shopping together and bargain! but i want to play, play, touch, touch some scopes first. wanted to join the sp people, but it has been raining, cloudy all fridays.......

most likely only visible in the band near slovakia & it lasted less than a second anyway. but i like the capture, one can vague make out the shape of ISS.

Once in a blue moon = 2 1/2 years? ;) .... LOL ..... It often happens only in July or August .... The last time it happens on 2001 .... so + 2 1/2 years, it is about time the blue moon (or two full moon in a month) thing happens ;). eh, sorry for my ignorance, when you say "Once in a blue moon...

Since Polaris & Southern Cross are so low in Singapore. Is there any easy way to find direction without a compass at night?
