Once in a blue moon = 2 1/2 years? ;) .... LOL ..... It often happens only in July or August .... The last time it happens on 2001 .... so + 2 1/2 years, it is about time the blue moon (or two full moon in a month) thing happens ;).

eh, sorry for my ignorance, when you say "Once in a blue moon = 2 1/2 years", is that a fact? and also is the second full moon in the month known officially as "blue moon"?

I dont think so, once in a blue moon was name after a natural phernominal that moon has turned blue due to atmospheric refraction and it does not happen all the time, thats why it called "once in a blue moon"
