I have used a ZWO ASI533MC Pro from night to the next morning. No issues with dew.

If you are into EAA, NINA has a 3-point polar align plugin that you can use on any 20-40 degree patch of sky you can see.
As for your issues with the counterweight, you can get a pier extension. Or move to a harmonic drive mount

Generally I have observed that Feb, early March, May-July have a few clear nights each on average.

I rely on live images from the Himawari-8 weather satellite (https://www.data.jma.go.jp/mscweb/data/himawari/sat_img.php?area=ha4). Forecast apps are pretty hit-and-miss. Thanks!
