Aircon: Just dropped in to see if anything on perseids. Surprised not much said.

Haha I went to have a look around 11pm. Looked North East and major cloud cover. Rest of sky..mostly uncovered. Murphy's law strikes again? Bit coughy so will not be staying up.

do you mean 2am onwards? Only realised today the perseids are here, I'm a bad astronomer. What's the expected window for viewing? Tonight and early morning hours last chance? I usually go to bed at 2am...try not to go at 3am :P

Thanks Chris, would rather buy a ready made plasticy one so it's more lasting. I'm not very art crafty lol weixing thanks have used monthly charts etc before from skymaps.com and from my peterson's guide but I find them quite troublesome to figure out. thanks for the tip on wee kiong, will email him.

Hi all

Eh, my dad ask me to find out about Meade scopes and Oberwerk binocs for him as a ship captain wants to buy.

AFAIK, Meade doesn't have local dealer, only malaysia right? And has any of our local dealers brought in the Oberwerk binocs?
